Customized elbows and fittings  

STAROFIT processes welded fittings and produces special turned parts according to all relevant standards (EN, DIN, ASME) and, of course, according to your specific requirements and wishes – quickly and in the usual top quality. In this way, we go beyond standards and offer you tailor-made solutions for your business.

In our machining center, we can machine elbows and fittings to customer specifications at short notice on request:

• Processing and turning of pipe bends and welded fittings up to an outer diameter of 610.0 mm
• Cutting pipe bends to any desired angle (e.g. 30°; 45°; 60° etc.)
• End machining in accordance with standards (e.g. ISO 9692-1, DIN 2559-Part 1+2; ASME B 16.25)
• Machining according to drawing or customer specifications

As STAROFIT is a TÜV-approved manufacturer in accordance with AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 and PED 2014/68/EU, the installation of STAROFIT products in systems subject to mandatory monitoring is permitted.

Special fittings made of solid material  

Is the product you require not available from stock? Our extensive stock of steel bars and blanks provides the basis for rapid production – even for unusual requirements.

Our production and processing currently covers the following areas

• Reductions (concentric and eccentric) made from solid material
• T-pieces made from solid material or forged blanks
• Caps made from solid material
• Cross pieces made from solid material
• Y-pieces made from solid material
• Special turned parts made from solid material according to customer drawings up to Ø 480 mm
• Threaded fittings made from tube or solid material

TÜV and PED approved 

All manufacturers of our stock products are ISO 9001 certified and PED approved. We only supply elbows and fittings according to EN from TÜV- and PED-approved manufacturers with MTC EN 10204-3.1 or MTC 3.2 TÜV in accordance with the applicable AD data sheets.
